Birders 8 years and older are welcome. Fish Lake, a 500-acre lake north of Leavenworth, is ringed by mixed coniferous forest and has a large marsh teeming with wildlife. Perhaps you’ll see Wilson’s phalaropes, common yellowthroats, or a sharp-shinned hawk diving on a flock of violet-green swallows. A pontoon boat is a perfect way to explore! Group Limit 16.


Optional meeting site: The Cove Resort on Fish Lake; please specify when registering. Note that the group will meet at the resort at 6:45am.
